Privacy policy

This policy covers the Cati.bot website — the pages you are reading now. It describes what this site collects, why, and the choices you have. It is deliberately short, because this site deliberately collects very little. A separate policy will govern the Cati.bot platform when the product is available.

01What this site collects

Contact form submissions. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, organization, and message you provide, along with any location or country, team type, survey volume, referral source, selected plan, or research interest you choose to share. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to continue a conversation you started.

Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical details of each request — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp — for security and operational purposes.

That is the full list. This site does not run advertising trackers, does not use analytics cookies, and does not fingerprint visitors.

02What we do with it

  • Responding to you. Contact details are used to reply to inquiries and, where relevant, to arrange follow-up conversations about Cati.bot.
  • Running the site. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and available, and to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
  • Nothing else. We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not use form submissions to build marketing profiles.

03Sharing and processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site — hosting and email delivery. They process the information described above on our behalf, under contractual obligations, and for no independent purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.

04Retention and your choices

Contact correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Server logs rotate on a short retention cycle.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided through this site. Email admin@voxworks.ai with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will handle it promptly. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes in the United States; we honor those requests regardless of where you write from.

05Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@voxworks.ai. Cati.bot is a product of Voxworks Technologies Pty Ltd
